New Years Eve Dessert

On new years eve, myself and a friend of mine made the dessert, and this is the result. 
We made brownies with chili, jelly with ginger and lemon zest,  clementine and orange blossom sorbet, clementine and basil salad, nut praline, raspberries and pomegranate coulis. 
I simply love cooking, what about you?
