This is the dessert I was served on New Year´s Eve, a heavenly raspberry and white chocolate mousse covered with a chocolate "hat" served with pomegranate apple sauce decorated with a caramel swirl. Yummy! The chef behind this wonderful desert is Henning, a very good friend of my boyfriend. He is very talented in the kitchen!
It seemes to be an amazing desert you have been served on New Year's Eve. This man Henning must be a very talented chef. Is he professionel?
